Good morning, crafty friends! Well, the white stuff is falling thick and fast now in North Wales, but I don't think (or hope) that it will come to very much...there's a dusting on the hills and mountains, but doesn't seem to be sticking down here in the valleys - and it can stay that way, please!
Despite the wintry theme outside, we have a floral theme for this week's challenge over at Passion for Promarkers - it's the lovely Julie in the hostess chair and she would like to see those flowers, please...whether it be flowery papers, images or embellishments, we would like to see them on your creations!
We are being sponsored by LeAnns World 101, who is offering one lucky winner a choice of 2 digis from their online store...
We were lucky enough to get an image to play with and I picked the sweet Love Birds, though I only used part of the image for my DT creation...
I used a paper from the ever so pretty Sweet Garden Roses paper pad, from The Works and teamed it with soft pink colour tones and pretty floral embellishments.
I kept my card quite simple and just used the birds from the digital image to create a wedding, anniversary or even engagement card. I coloured the image with my Pro/Flexmarkers and added some pearl and diamante hearts for a touch of bling.
I hope you can find the time to play along with our fun challenge this week and look forward to seeing what wonderful creations you all share...
Happy crafting!
Hugs,

Wild Roses...
Good morning, crafty friends! I have been trying to get back into doing a bit of drawing lately, though always find it hard to get back into the swing of things after the festive season...and this is what I came up with...
First up is the CAS card front with coordinating green mat - simply print off the sheet, cut out the layers and embellish to your hearts content, then add a printed insert for that finishing touch...a really quick card but with a lovely elegance...
...These two cards were made using the precoloured toppers and papers...
And with this one, I changed up the colours by using the digistamp individual flowers, coloured with Promarkers, then fussy cut leaving a small border...
I hope you like my new floral creations and will be trying to create some more designs in the coming weeks..
Hope you all have a terrific Thursday - we've got Parents Evening this afternoon, to see how the 'not so little' man is getting on, but whatever you're up to, have a good one!
Hugs,
This project kit has been added to my Craftsuprint store HERE and consists of 9 printable sheets including :
Predesigned CAS card front and mat
Precoloured topper sheet with decoupage
Digistamp sheet
4 Coordinating papers
2 printed inserts for 6x6 square and 5x7 cards
For just £2.40

Passion for Promarkers - Dies and/or Punches...
I can't quite believe that we are already a week in and as it's Tuesday, this means that we have a brand new challenge starting over at Passion for Promarkers!...This week it's the lovely Sue in the hostess chair and she's given us a nice easy theme of Dies and/or Punches...
We're being sponsored by Dr Digi's House of Stamps who are offering one lucky winner a choice of 2 digital images from their online store...
Today is a pretty special Tuesday in our house, as my eldest son turns 21 today...don't quite know how that happened?!...but I am so proud of the young man he is becoming (don't tell him I said so or it'll cost me?!) We were lucky enough to get an image to play with from our sponsor, so I made my choice with his birthday card in mind...
This is Mr Speaker (birthday) and he's shouting out a huge Happy Birthday for all to hear! I coloured him with my Pro/Flexmarkers and used papers from Crafts You Create, Seas the Day paper pad. I used lots of dies to create my card and decoupaged the sandwich board and megaphone of the image for added dimension.
Although I have been absent from Blogland over the month of December, I have been doing some crafting...mostly in preparation for our workshops starting back up again, but it has been lovely to have an empty table and everything back in it's place...something I am trying to continue!
I hope you can find the time to play along with our fun challenge this week and look forward to seeing all your wonderful creations...once again wishing you all the very best for the coming year and a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my wonderful son Jason!
Hugs,
