Passion for Promarkers DT - One for the Boys/Men...

Good morning, lovely Bloggers!  It's Tuesday again (who stole last week?!) and time for another fabulous challenge at Passion for Promarkers!  This week we have the lovely Nic (aka Coops) in the chair and being Father's Day this Sunday, she would like to see your wonderful creations for the Boys/Men in our lives!  This week we are sponsored by the amazing Letraset who are offering one lucky winner a set of markers!...

...I was lucky enough to win Challenge #73 over at 613 Avenue Create and got to choose 5 digis from Creative Bug Digital Snapshots, so thought I would use one of them for my DT card this week...
...I used Prima Forever Young and School Memories paper pads and made the yellow polka dot by changing the hue on the green Telephone polka dot paper...
...I 3D paper pieced the little dog (called Look at Me Lolly) after colouring him with my Pro/Flexmarkers and show the little pieces above.  The colours I used were : Vanilla, Sandstone, Caramel, Cocoa, Walnut, Umber and Black.  I added some Glossy Accents to his nose and eyes to make them shine...
...I inked the circle die before cutting the aperture that the little dog is peeping out of and embellished with a wooden button, string bow, aqua pearls and photo corners.  Well, that's it for today - another short and sweet post!  I hope you can find the time to join in with our challenge this week and look forward to seeing all your fabulous creations!  Don't forget to hop on over to the Passion for Promarkers blog to see what my lovely teamies have been up to!
Big crafty hugs,
