Good morning, crafty friends from a rather frosty North Wales! It seems Winter may have already arrived...for now anyway...and rather aptly, it coincides well with our challenge over at Passion for Promarkers this week! We have a brand new challenge starting today, which the lovely Marie has set for us with a seasonal theme of Christmas or Winter...
We are being sponsored by Uniko Stamps who are offering one lucky winner a choice of stamp set from their online store (stamps must be in stock)…
Don't forget, to be in with a chance of winning the prize, you MUST use your Letraset/Winsor & Newton products and follow the challenge theme - it also helps our design team if you can state where you've used the products, for example, coloured with Promarkers...
For my card, I decided to recreate one of the cards we did at our last workshop. I love this collage style of card and thought it worked well with the stag stamp which came from the Simply Cards and Papercraft magazine Issue 182...
I coloured him with my Pro/Flexmarkers, decoupaging his head for a bit of dimension and adding a touch of brown glitter to his antlers. A bit of doodling, snowflake, star, gems and dots all add to the collage feel and the string circle gives focus to the head of the stag...or that was the intention anyway!
Well, I don't suppose my washing is going to dry on the line today, so I'd best go and turn my house into a Chinese laundry and catch up with some housework...Hope you all have a terrific Tuesday, whatever you're up to and if you can find the time for a bit of crafting...and maybe even join in with our challenge this week...then all the better!
Hugs,
