Well, it took a little longer than expected before posting again - life is pretty hectic at the minute with me almost working full time with extra relief shifts...
But I am here to share a quick crafty make this evening...
I made this simple card with Hero Arts Hooray Birthday die plate and some generic balloon dies. I layered some rainbow vellum behind the die cut panel and added strings to the patterned balloons. I used the swirls from Sizzix Sky's the Limit #2 die set to try and create some movement and finished with some die cut stars and hearts and a few silver flat back pearls...
