And another one...

It's me again! Whilst the beef is in the pressure cooker, I decided to pop up to my crafty space and make up the balloon card in coffee and cream colour tones, as I suggested...

These cards make up so quickly - 40 minutes start to finish, that's not bad!...

Floating Fancy...

Hey there, crafty friends! I'm back!...

I have been playing at my crafty desk as hubby was out on delivery with work and decided to cut out (one of!) my latest  Sizzix die sets...they are definitely enabling me with their sales just now!

This one is called Floating Fancy by Catherine Pooler Designs and I thought that it would make a lovely new baby card...

I have to say that I was rather pleased with how it turned out, so this morning, I cut it out in blue as well...

I have been doing a lot of die cutting lately, just making up elements, maybe with the idea of selling, but maybe just for making quick cards in the future...but this set really sparked my want to create a card with it!...

They came together surprisingly quickly and I'm thinking of doing another one in coffee and cream colour tones...I don't know what I'm going to do with all of these cards I'm making as there aren't many craft fairs in my area, but we'll see!...

Fox and flowers...

Today's card uses a pretty set called 'Finley the Fox' that I picked up in the Spellbinders November sale and has been sat on my desk since then. I have to say that my current obsession seems to be die cutting, I just love sitting, gluing together all the little pieces to create a wonderfully layered, dimensional element and this little fox is no exception!...

I wasn't really sure what I was going to do with him at first, but began with the inked cloud background, layered onto a scalloped rectangle and added the grass die to ground him. I struggle to add flowers to my creations as I feel that it can make it over fussy, but decided to use the floral spray that came in the set. I added the stamped "It's your" sentiment and the birthday die cut from the Happy Birthday Wishes set, then for good measure, added in some die cut mushrooms and of course, a couple of clouds to finish off!...

I hope you like my vulpine creation (that's fox-like in a fancy word!) and thank you so much for dropping by to my little corner of Blogland!...I shall be back to share more creations soon!...

First card share of 2026!

I treated myself to a couple of die sets from Spellbinders (because I just loved them!) and spent a lovely couple of hours at my crafty desk piecing this sweet cockatoo die set together, despite only having a 4 inch space to work in!...

I love the way the bird comes together and makes for such an easy card with very little effort - plus I enjoyed making him so much that I made 10?!...

Die sets used : Spellbinders Flying High, On Cloud Nine

A4 Leaf embossing folder, Computer generated sentiment, Gold pearls

Hope you like my feathery creation as much as I liked making it and thanks for popping by to see me!

Crafty hugs,
