Good afternoon, dear Blogging buddies and a super Saturday to you all! We've had a glimpse of Spring here in North Wales today with some lovely sunshine, so hubby and I decided to tackle sorting out the garage...again! We've made a new workbench and sorted and moved everything around, so that hubby now has his router set up to start making our LED lit, framed lithophanes...more on those another day! There's even enough room to swing a cat (if you were so inclined!?!)
I managed to get an hours colouring in the other night, whilst hubby and the little man were busy being entertained by Lara (Tomb Raider)! Inspired by one of my favourite cards of last year, created by the lovely Donna, I coloured up a couple of the ever so pretty Beach Hut images from Digistamp Boutique...
...I coloured them with my Promarkers and decoupaged a layer before adding them to a simple box frame - these are another item to go on my craft stall table in the Spring. (Slowly but surely I am adding to my offerings)
I added a few other digis to my basket when purchasing this one, so will have a few new images to play with! I hope you're all having a productive weekend and enjoying yourselves, whatever you have planned...think we may need to have a quiet day tomorrow as I can feel my muscles starting to stiffen now that I've stopped!
Thanks for dropping by to see me,
Big crafty hugs,
Lisa x

Steampunk bird...
How about this?! Twice in one day! I normally would wait and post this tomorrow, but I'm quite tickled with this latest creation!...
I decided to have a play with a new material this afternoon and have a go at metal recycling! Hubby had a pile of old electronics waiting to go to the skip (something we loathe doing!) so decided to strip them down and see if we could make anything with them..and so a bird was born...
...He needs to have a nice polished wood base making for him, but I think he's ever so sweet...will have to send hubby into the sheds to see if he can find out some more parts for me!! I do have some lovely bits that would make very nice owl eyes...now just need the rest of it!
Hope you like my steampunk creation and watch this space!....
Hugs,
Lisa x

Passion for Promarkers - Luscious Locks...
Good morning, everyone from a cold and frosty North Wales! It's Tuesday, which sees the start of a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers - this week it's the lovely Shelly in the hostess chair and she's chosen the theme 'Luscious Locks', so we would like to see your images with hair! We're being sponsored by Digistamp Boutique who are offering one lucky winner a £10 voucher to their store...
The lovely Sally Ann gave us the opportunity to choose an image from her ever expanding range and I went with Birthday Kate...
...I really like this orange and aqua colour combo and created a rectangular scalloped card base from two square card blanks..
...The papers are from Another Play on Words, Animal Antics and A Play on Words...
...I did 3D paper piece Kate a little to give her a bit more dimension and paper pieced her dress too...
...I used the little presents, cut from the main image as an embellishment inside and coordinating layers for the writing panel.
I hope you can find the time to join in with our fun challenge this week and look forward to seeing your fabulous creations! Don't forget to hop on over to the Passion for Promarkers blog to see what my talented teamies have been creating for your inspiration and leave them some love!
Crafty hugs,

Missing...
...I am appealing for anyone who may have seen my good friend, Mr Mojo?! He hasn't been seen since before Christmas and I am now getting concerned as to his whereabouts! He has been sighted at times when I have needed him most, but seems to be rather elusive most days. If you happen to come across him, could you please point him in the right direction home as I am starting to miss him dreadfully! Thanking you for your help....
...Yes, it seems that I am still struggling to get back into creative mode and don't really know why...maybe I just needed a break?! Or maybe it's because I feel I have a 101 other things that I should be doing?! Or maybe it's just because I seem to be a miserable bugger at this time of year and can't wait until the clocks change next month and the days get longer....oh, to feel the warmth of the sunshine and not need the heating on!
Despite this, I do have a little craftiness to share with you today...I know, don't fall of your chair! I am trying to get some items made in preparation for the farmer's market I want to attend in the Spring and so these are a few altered items I made last week...
...The first two are for keys and the third has larger hooks for leads. I have been trying to batch make some cards too, so will post them in the next couple of days and as it's Tuesday tomorrow, I'll be back to share my DT card for a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers.
I was planning to get all my washing done and out today, seeing as the sun is shining, but our water's off due to a burst main...so much for well laid plans! Suppose I'd better get my thinking cap on for next workshop instead then! Have a marvellous Monday and I'll be back in the morning...
Hugs,

Passion for Promarkers - Show us your favourites...
Good morning, Blogger buddies! WOW! Where did January go to? It's a new month and a new challenge starting today over at Passion for Promarkers with the lovely Nic (aka Coops) in the hostess chair this week. She has chosen a very easy theme of 'Show us your Favourites', so a bit of an anything goes, but we'd like to know what your favourites are, so whether it's a certain style, colour, shape of card or image type, please let us know in your post. We are being sponsored by Letraset who are offering one lucky winner a set of Brights Promarkers and also we have Di's Digis offering a $12 voucher to their store....so come on...why not join us and don't forget to use your Letraset mediums to be in with a chance of winning a prize!
...As for my favourite....well, I just had to go CAS (Clean and Simple)! It is my all time favourite style as I just love clean lines and white space - sometimes less is definitely more, in my opinion!
It's my little sister's birthday today, (Happy Birthday Colleen!) so I decided to make a card for her using the ever so sweet Stamping Bella Coffee and Friends image...
...I had a lovely surprise last week when this lovely bouquet turned up from her for my Birthday...hot pink roses, gerberas and alstromera (she knows me well!), so I had to add a little hot pink to her card in return!
I am still not back into craft mode - unless I have to - and hope that I will get some motivation soon...even cleaning out my craft room seems too much of a chore at the moment! Off to hang out some more washing - I hope storm Henry isn't causing too much disruption up North, but he's certainly helping me dry my laundry!
Don't forget to hop on over to the Passion for Promarkers blog and see what my talented teamies have created fro your inspiration and you never know, maybe one of these days I'll be back with some more craftiness to share. Until then, have a wonderful week...
Hugs,

Passion for Promarkers - Flower Power...
Good morning, lovely Bloggers and a happy Tuesday to you all! Can't quite believe that we're already over half way through the first month of 2016 - I have a lot going on with home life at the moment, so crafting for pleasure is at a premium at the moment!
It is however, the start of a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and the lovely Marie has chosen a nice, easy theme of Flower Power! So whether it be flowery papers, a floral image or flower embellishments, as long as it has flowers on...and you've used your Letraset mediums....you'll be in with a chance of winning this week's prize, which is a set of 6 Letraset pens and a 10 euro voucher for Michele R Designs! Fabulous, so what are you waiting for?! Hop on over to the Passion for Promarkers blog to join in ...
I decided to go with a floral image using this pretty Anita's iris stamp and kept the layers white to give a real spring feel and focus on the image...
...I coloured the image and coloured layers with my Pro/Flexmarkers, here's the colour list for all you Letrasetters...
Flowers - Soft Mauve, Orchid, Amethyst, Purple, Sunflower, Gold
Leaves - Lime Zest, Pear Green, Moss, Olive Green

Passion for Promarkers - Monochrome...
Good morning, dear Blogger friends and a Happy New Year to you all! I hope you had a fabulous Christmas, however you spent it and that 2016 proves to be a happy, healthy and crafty one! I am having trouble (as I always do) to get back into the swing of things and have totally enjoyed spending family time together and having hubby off work for a fortnight - the problem is it just seems to go by so quickly! But with the boys back at school and hubby back in work, things will slide back into some sort of normality...which is why I'm here! Today sees the start of our very first challenge for 2016 over at Passion for Promarkers and it's the very lovely and talented Lucy in the hostess chair, giving us a theme of 'Monochrome'. Don't forget, this can be any colour of monochrome , not just black and white and Lucy will allow for skin and hair colour to be different (thank goodness!) although check out her fab complete monochrome creation over on the PfP blog or on her blog, HERE!...
We have a brand new sponsor this week in the form of All Dressed Up Stamps and they are generously offering one lucky winner 2 digis of their choice!
As DT members, we were lucky enough to get a digi to play with and I went with the ever so chic Paris...
...I decided that rather than make a card, this pretty little image would look lovely in one of the box frames that I got in the sale...
...It was really hard to try and get a good photograph as the days have just been so dark recently and trying to get a good pic of a black and white project on a grey day, is not the easiest! I coloured the image with my Pro/Flexmarkers and added some bling to the tower and a few sprinkles of 'stuff' to the image...
...I added some bunting and finished with some black diamantes.
I am planning to do some more markets this year, despite the Christmas one being a bit of a washout, as we want to try and build them up rather than give up at the first hurdle! This little frame is the first project of my 2016 stock, so only a few more things to go to fill my table!?!
I hope you can find the time to join in with our fresh challenge this week and look forward to seeing all the wonderful things that you make - there is always such a fabulous variety in our entries! Don't forget to hop on over to the Passion for Promakers blog to see what my talented teamies have been up to and remember to tell us where you've used your Letraset products to be elligible to win the prize!
Have a happy Tuesday and an even happier 2016!
