Good morning, crafty friends from a rather frosty North Wales! It seems Winter may have already arrived...for now anyway...and rather aptly, it coincides well with our challenge over at Passion for Promarkers this week! We have a brand new challenge starting today, which the lovely Marie has set for us with a seasonal theme of Christmas or Winter...
We are being sponsored by Uniko Stamps who are offering one lucky winner a choice of stamp set from their online store (stamps must be in stock)…
Don't forget, to be in with a chance of winning the prize, you MUST use your Letraset/Winsor & Newton products and follow the challenge theme - it also helps our design team if you can state where you've used the products, for example, coloured with Promarkers...
For my card, I decided to recreate one of the cards we did at our last workshop. I love this collage style of card and thought it worked well with the stag stamp which came from the Simply Cards and Papercraft magazine Issue 182...
I coloured him with my Pro/Flexmarkers, decoupaging his head for a bit of dimension and adding a touch of brown glitter to his antlers. A bit of doodling, snowflake, star, gems and dots all add to the collage feel and the string circle gives focus to the head of the stag...or that was the intention anyway!
Well, I don't suppose my washing is going to dry on the line today, so I'd best go and turn my house into a Chinese laundry and catch up with some housework...Hope you all have a terrific Tuesday, whatever you're up to and if you can find the time for a bit of crafting...and maybe even join in with our challenge this week...then all the better!
Hugs,

Passion for Promarkers - Bingo board...
Good morning, my lovelies! It's my turn to host this week over at Passion for Promarkers and I've given you a fun, but easy, Bingo board to work with...
We're being sponsored by Dr Digi's House of Stamps who are offering one lucky winner a choice of 2 digistamps from their online store...
Don't forget, to be in with a chance of winning this week's prize, you MUST use your Letraset/Winsor & Newton mediums and follow the challenge theme. It also helps of you could state where you've used these products, eg - coloured with Promarkers and which Bingo board line you've used...
We were given the opportunity to use a sponsor image and I went with the ever so fun Professor Wigginson...I love him teamed with this tongue in cheek sentiment and just had to give him a psychedelic tie! I used my Sizzix alphabet dies to create the mathematic symbols and added a couple of pearls...because it seems to almost be a signature of mine! The paper is from a pad by The Works called Seas the Day and the Prof. was coloured with my Pro/Flexmarkers…
I hope you can find the time to join in with my challenge theme this week and look forward to visiting all of your blogs to see your wonderful creations!
Crafty hugs,

Passion for Promarkers - Christmas is Coming...
Good morning, Blogger buddies! Gosh, these Tuesdays are rolling around quickly now...and we're already into October - how did that happen?! The days are getting shorter and there's a definite Autumn chill in the air...and I don't suppose it will be long before we're thinking about that thing that happens in December...scrap that, it's time to think of it now!! Mainly because we have a new challenge starting over at Passion for Promarkers today and the lovely Julie has chosen us the theme of 'Christmas is Coming'....
We're being sponsored by Di's Digi Stamps who are offering one lucky winner a $12.00 voucher to spend in their online store...
For my DT card, I decided to use a brand new image of mine which is literally hot of the press, as it was only completed yesterday morning!...
I have to say, I am so pleased with how this little penguin turned out, he's really easy to colour and will soon be available to buy in my Etsy store (www.ellasdesign.co.uk) as a digital stamp - I'm just working on finalising a couple of variations...

Here's a close up of the little guy...(I hate having to watermark images, but sadly it is a necessary evil! At a time when so many more designers are having their artwork copied or shared online, it is a hard job to try and protect your image and yet share your inspiration with fellow crafters, plus I try to make my images and card kits accessible to everyone by keeping them at a low cost to buy...so I'd just like to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to any of you that have bought a design from me in the past - it is your continued support that keeps me contributing to the craft world, albeit in a small way!) Okay, rant over, normal service will now be resumed?!…
Right, off to try and get these files ready for upload...I hope you can find the time to join in with our challenge this week and always look forward to seeing what you create...just don't forget, to be in with a chance of winning, you MUST include your Letraset/Winsor & Newton mediums in your design - you can mix them with other mediums, just let us know where you've used them to be eligible to win the prize...
Hugs,
I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges :
#108 Dies or Punches (it's rare for me not to use dies on a card these days!)
#77 Anything Goes until 13th
Just for Fun until 11th
#90 Anything Goes until 5th
Just for Fun until 14th

New designs...
Good afternoon, crafty friends! We're enjoying some Autumn sunshine here in North Wales and despite the fact that all I would like to do is sit in it with a cup of tea in hand, I have actually been quite busy doing some design work...I know?!…
I have a few new designs in my Etsy store in anticipation of something very exciting which will be happening in the next week or two?!...all will be revealed as soon as possible! But for now, I have a sweet little image and predesigned card kit to share with you all...
There are 5 different variations of the image in both JPEG and PNG files, plus 3 sentiments to play with...all for the exceptional price (in my opinion) of just £2.40...
Then there's the predesigned card kit, which creates 2 6x6 inch cards - one fully decoupaged and then the predesigned panel can be used on an extra card blank to create a flat card...or you could spread the decoupage between the two...great value at just £1.80...
The card kit also comes with a printed insert which has a text box for you to type your own message and the card features two different sentiments - 'Have a Paws-itively perfect day!' and 'Dog-gone it! Not another birthday'...
I hope you like my canine creation and I'll be back soon to share some more designs, but if you can't wait, hop over to my Etsy store to check out what's new!

Passion for Promarkers - Anything Goes...
Good morning, Blogger buddies! No, you haven't got the day wrong?!...I managed to not publish my post yesterday for our new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers...so here goes, better late than never?!…
It would've been the lovely Hazel in the hostess chair this week, but sadly she had to step down from DT duties, so our fabulous Denise has given you all an easy, peasy theme of 'Anything Goes'...
We're being sponsored by A Day for Daisies, who are offering one lucky winner a $12.00 voucher to spend in their store...
We were lucky enough to get an image to play with and I decided to go festive and chose the pretty 'Christmas Poinsettia'...
I was totally inspired by the ever so talented Lisabeth of Lizland - her cards and colouring are A-MA-ZING! I decided to go with my favourite CAS style and used Picked Raspberry and Candied Apple Distress Inks to create a background. I die cut the word happy from the image panel and added the second part of the sentiment onto a label raised with foam pads. A touch of glitter and some pearls finished the card off and I was done!
I hope you can find the time to join in with our fun challenge this week and look forward to seeing all the wonderful creations...

Rugby boots...
Good afternoon, my lovelies! How about this?! Twice in one day!...
I'm just popping in to share a card using a new digistamp set that I have added to my Etsy store ...
There's 7 files in total for just £2.40 and they're perfect for all those football and rugby fans in our lives...
There is this rugby ball with boots and another image with a football, with and without the grass background, plus all the individual elements for you to play around with in your graphics program...
As you may have guessed, housework didn't stand a chance!?!...

Horsey card...
Good morning, crafty buddies! I have a card order, requested from a friend, to share with you this morning...I was asked to create a horse riding card for a little girl who will be 10. I found this sweet colouring page here and thought it would be perfect for my card...
I used some of the left over scraps from my Sweet Garden Roses paper pad and the polka dot from the Cat design of Animal Antics...
I made a little rosette from pearl green paper and added the number 10. Some fishtails, name plaque and a bit of bling finished the card, along with a touch of glitter on the horse's mane and tail.
The sun is shining here this morning, although there's a definite chill in the air...Autumn is very much on the way! I've got a few crafty bits to finish this morning and then it'll be a toss up whether to do ironing and housework or play at my crafty table...wonder which will win?!
Have a fabulous Friday and I'll be back on the weekend to share our workshop makes...we're doing Christmas?! Argghhhh!
