Ross Papercraft Show @ Sheffield!....

...Good morning, everyone!  I am popping in for a quick post to share a crafty make and let you know about the Ross Papercraft Show which is being held atWestfield Sports College, this Sunday 25th January from 10am - 3pm...
...This will be my first show in the area, so I would love if you can come along and say 'Hi!'.  I'll have all my CD-Roms for sale and a whole car full of samples to share! I look forward to meeting a new set of crafty friends and hope I can share some inspiration with you all!
So, on to my card...
...I had made some new samples for A Play on Words before Christmas and noticed that I hadn't posted all of them, so this one is from the kettle design set...
...I had a bit of an obsession with the little cloud shaped die at the time, which found it's way onto nearly every card I made and now it's back in it's box...will have to get it out again!
Hope you're having a fantastic week - I can't believe it's nearly the end of January already and that the Ross show is in just a couple of days...better get my organising head on and check I've got everything ready!  (Who am I kidding?!  I don't have an organising head, I have wings to fly by the seat of my pants!)
Crafty hugs,
I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges :

Passion for Promarkers - New Beginnings...

THIS CARD CAME IN THE TOP 3 AT CRAFTY CATZ - THANKS SO MUCH LADIES!

Good morning, dear Blogging buddies!  I know, where have I been?!  I'm afraid my blogging will be thin on the ground at the moment as I am snowed under with design work for my new CD, cards for workshops, home stuff and the dreaded paperwork!  I have also been preparing for the Ross papercraft Show at Westfield Sports College, Sheffield next Sunday 25th January.  I've re-covered my display boards with lovely purple felt - was a bit of a nightmare and my hands hurt for 2 days afterwards, but it looks so much more professional now - I just hope that it works and my velcro hook dots stick to it okay!

But never mind all that!  I am here today to share a card with you for this week's challenge at Passion for Promarkers!  It's the talented Lou Mac in the chair and she has given us a theme of 'New Beginnings' so new baby, home, job, etc...
Don’t forget, as always, to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Letraset products (i.e. promarkers, flex markers, aqua markers, tria markers, metallic markers or neon markers).
This week we are sponsored by the fabulous Digital Stamp Boutique who are offering one lucky winner a £10 gift voucher to spend in their store!

Chocolate and signs...

Good afternoon, my lovely Blogging friends!  Well, today is my eldest son's 17th Birthday (don't know how that happened!?!)...a HUGE Happy Birthday to my darling, Jason!  Now when it comes to presents for a 17 year old, things get difficult - especially as his only interest at the moment is Skypeing his girlfriend 24/7!  Thankfully, a couple of weeks ago, I decided to take the plunge into the wonderful world of Pinterest...OH MY WORD!...how did I not go on this sooner?!  I have ideas swimming around in my head for garden features, home decor, crafts and 101 gift ideas for next Christmas, but I also came across a fabulous gift just perfect for Jase...
...a chocolate bouquet!!  He is an absolute chocolate monster, so this will be right up his street! He is also getting money towards driving lessons as he had his provisional license as part of his Christmas presents...I will soon be entering into a whole new era of parenthood with me sat at home waiting for him to get in and panicking if he's 5 minutes late!
...Anyhow, after all my waffle, I do have a couple of crafty projects to share with you.  I picked up some wooden signs in the sale in B&M for...wait for it...10p each!  They had moustaches on, but this is what they look like now...
...The first one I made into a key hanger...
...and the second a pretty jewllery hanger.  I used 3 mini wooden bobbins as the hangers and found the apt saying online.  It was decorated with  a doily, MS clay frame, WOC paper flowers, cream satin ribbon, buckle slider, diamantes and silver liquid pearls.
Thanks for dropping by and don't forget there's still plenty of time to join in with our fun sketch challenge this week at Passion for Promarkers!
Hugs,
I'd like to enter my sparkle hanger into the following challenges :
