Passion for Promarkers - Sketch...

Good morning, lovely peeps!  Can you believe it's Tuesday again! So, I'm here to tell you all about another fab challenge that's starting this week over at Passion for Promarkers!  This week it's the fabulous Lou playing hostess and she has made a nice easy sketch for us all to follow...
This week we are sponsored by Letraset who are offering one lucky winner the chance to get their mitts on a fabulous set of markers!
Don't forget to be eligible to win the prize, you MUST use your Letraset products (i.e. promarkers, flex markers, aqua markers, tria markers, metallic markers or neon markers) and of course follow the theme.

I decided to use another of my prize images from Art Stamps by Kathryne for my card...
...I used Prima Sunny Days and First Edition Boho Chic papers and followed Lou's fabby sketch, which was just made for this image, called Gracie!  It took forever to colour her hair, but I was rather pleased with the results and what better way to spend an hour of your time than colouring in?!  I went with red hair for this card ( a change from my usual browns) to tie in with all the orange and peach tones.  Gracie was coloured using my Pro/Flexmarkers and here's the colour list for all you Letra-setters :
Skin - Blush, Dusky, Sunkissed Pink, Coral
Hair - Rosewood, Auburn, Saddle Brown, Nutmeg
Dress - Tea Green, Honeydew, Pastel Green ,Soft Green
Shoes - Light Fawn, Soft Peach, Rose Peach, Umber
Fence - Vanilla, Sandstone, Cappuccino, Caramel
Butterfly - Pale Blossom, Blossom, Sorbet, Fuschia
Grass - Meadow, Leaf, Bright Green
...I decorated the inside of the card to match the front with papers and the black and white line image.  Because the sketch allowed for such a large image, I didn't need much embellishment, so just added some glitter and a few amber diamantes and that was me done!
Hope you can find the time to join in with our challenge this week and don't forget to hop on over to my teamies blogs to see what wonderful creations they've come up with for your inspiration! Eileen, Julie, Loopy Lou, Lou, Marie, Nic aka Coops, and Shelly
Hope to be back soon with some more craftiness!
Hugs,
I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges :
Anything Goes (closes 27th)
Anything Goes (until 29th)
Cute Card (until 29th)
Anything Goes (closes 25th)

What cute card Lisa. It's totally adorable. Love her hair. I really should do some more brown hair as I always end up doing then bright red. LoL Also have two out on the football field by now. First tournament outside was last Sunday and now their first leauge starts up first of May for the oldest. The youngest so jealous as they only have a few tournaments to enter so far. LoL I am grateful however, takes up a lot of time anyway but it's worth it, to see them move around and not only playing video games. :) Take care!
Love n hugs
Marie
