Passion for Promarkers - In or Beside the Sea...

Good morning, dear Blogger buddies!  I'm not doing very well at this crafting lark at the moment!  I've had a few commissions to make and workshop cards to design and that's all I've had the motivation to do! These days are just flying by and it won't be long before it's Summer holidays and then we're on the slippery slope towards the dreaded....'C' word!
But before then, it's Tuesday!!....which means the start of another fab challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and the lovely Eileen has chosen a theme of 'In or Beside the Sea'...quite easy really!  We're being sponsored by Sassy Studio who are offering one lucky winner a $20 voucher to their store!  So why not get out your Letraset pens and join in!...
We were offered an image to play with and I went with Polka Dot Bikini Sassy...
...I was inspired yet again by the uber talented Christine and the card she made here - it's similar to the umbrella card that she inspired a few months ago and I love this Fluffy Cloud border die...
...Sassy was coloured with my Pro/Flexmarkers and the white dots on her bikini were added back in with a gel pen.  The sun is the centre die from a Marianne doily die set and I think it goes great with the cloud border.  I layered up my image onto different coloured mats and added a few pearls...these are like my crafty signature!
Well, that's it from me...Mum's coming over today for us to shuffle a few bits of paper around and try and come up with something for next workshop, but before then, it's off to the ironing board for me!  After a 10 minute  headless chicken routine this morning looking for little man's PE top, I think I need to go and get it done! Have a totally terrific Tuesday and I hope you can come and play along with us at Passion for Promarkers...
TTFN,

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges :

Fantastic card hun :) In regards to your question I bought my Alstroemeria as a small potted plant and it's always been in a pot. I haven't had too many problems with mine apart from snapped flower stems in windy weather! Depending on the variety some require a little protection over winter, if you're considering growing them it's always worth a go :) xxx
